Service Includes
Receiving
Our Receiving team is responsible for verifying the accuracy of all inbound shipments. Your returned items will be checked in by unit comparing the information on the packing slip and the physical item itself to the listed items on our Client Portal. A basic inspection will be conducted to identify any visual damages and to determine if the product is in new sellable condition. Any items requiring a more in depth inspection or product salvaging you will need to request a quote as additional fees may apply. A Receiving Report will be provided to you when your inbound has been finalized.
Damaged/Not Sellable
For all items identified as damaged or not sellable, our team will apply photo images and a brief description of the damages to the inbound when receiving. The product will be set aside until the seller makes a disposition of the items. We do not hold on to expired or damaged groceries, leaking items or broken glass. These items will be automatically disposed of at time of receiving.
Storage
All returned items are re-boxed into new cartons and stored away till the seller wishes to ship the product out. Storage charges will apply.
