Our client portal will make order processing and inventory control easier than you can ever imagine. You will be able to communicate directly with the warehouse and place orders smoothly and quickly, so you can get back to growing your busines.
Client Login
Login with your own password and be able to manage all your shipments, inbound and outbound. Our Client Portal is user friendly and has a built in training manual to assist you and any of your associates in guiding you through all the ins and outs of the portal.
Inbound Shipments
You will be able to generate a inbound shipment and inform us what you are sending to the warehouse. Our receiving team will be able to check in your goods and verify we received everything in good sellable condition. After the team marks the shipment as received, you will be sent a report identifying the goods accounted for and if there was any damages or discrepancies.
Outbound Shipments
You will be able to generate a outbound shipment and place any necessary notes to communicate directly with the warehouse team. Services to each line item will be applied to bring transparency of what work was completed for your product. The warehouse will be able to generate all necessary labels to ensure your shipment goes out correctly and in a timely manner.
Inventory Menu
You will have complete visibility of your current inventory levels sitting in the warehouse. All inventory will have their own item detail page where you will be able to track the item history and low level quantities to assist you with restocking inventory.
Channels
Our client portal has the ability to sync directly with your Amazon Seller Channel via API. We will be able to obtain all necessary labels and process all shipments without going directly through your seller central channel. If you do not sell on Amazon. That's okay, you will be able to set up a custom account and utilize everything the portal has to offer.
Fix Issues
If our receiving team verifies a item is damaged or not sellable. They will upload a photo and apply notes to inform you of the damaged product. You will be able to view this matter and make the final decision.
