Our Receiving team is responsible for verifying the accuracy of all inbound shipments. Your product will be checked in by comparing the physical items to the listed items on our Client Portal. An exterior inspection will be conducted to identify any visual damages. A Receiving Report will be provided to you when your inbound has been finalized. 

Our Prep team will run your single item through a L-Bar Sealer Machine using 100 gauge heat shrink film. This creates a sealed poly bag and at no additional cost, we can heat shrink the item which gives your product a high quality finished look.

Our Prep team will cover your single item using a 12x12 inch perforated bubble wrap sheet. Some items may require additional sheets to fully secure the product which than an additional cost will apply. Click here for more info. 

Our Prep team is responsible for ensuring that the required product labels are printed and applied to each single unit. The single label applied can consists of:

• FNSKU label

• UPC/EAN barcode label

• ASIN label​

Our labels are printed at the standard

2 1/4 x 1 1/4 inch thermal label. ​

Expiration dates if applicable will be printed on the label at no additional cost.

Our Prep team are responsible for ensuring that the correct shipping labels are applied to each corresponding carton. Our carton/ shipping labels are printed on a 4x6 inch thermal label. 

We have a daily pick up for Small Parcel Shipments with the following carriers:

• UPS

• FedEx

• USPS
