Our Receiving team is responsible for verifying the accuracy of all inbound shipments. Your cartons will be checked in by comparing the information on the packing slip or printed information on the cartons to the listed items on our Client Portal. An exterior inspection will be conducted to identify any visual damages. A Receiving Report will be provided to you when your inbound has been finalized. A $2.00 Check in fee per carton applies to this service.

We store all pallets at a max height of 70" on a standard 48x40 four way wooden pallet. If pallets are received higher than 70" at the time of receiving, Our team will perform a break down at no additional cost to ensure your goods can properly be stored in each of our locations. Your pallets will be labeled by your company name and date of arrival to ensure accurate billing for length of time in storage.

If your pallet depletes or ships out completely throughout the month, you will only be billed for the length of time the pallet was physically in storage.

You will be billed at the end of each month for the total amount of pallets stored in our facility for that month. Any pallets arriving or shipping within the month will be pro-rated for the total amount of days in storage.
